Founded in 2011 by Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon, the estate farms around 4–5 hectares of biodynamically tended vineyards spread across Pupillin, Arbois, and Montigny-lès-Arsures. Before starting their own domaine, both winemakers trained with Jura legends: Adeline worked alongside her brother Emmanuel Houillon at Maison Pierre Overnoy, while Renaud spent many years at Domaine Stéphane Tissot. \u003cspan class=\"\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe domaine follows a philosophy of uncompromising low-intervention winemaking. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically without synthetic chemicals, fermentations occur with native yeasts, and the wines are bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
