| TASTING NOTES: | The 2019 Chablis Fôret 1er Cru has a little strictness on the nose, needing more coaxing than other cuvées in this vintage; touches of flint and pressed white flower are eked out with aeration. The palate is very well balanced, taut and fresh, with a fine bead of acidity. Quince and a touch of tangerine surface toward the elegant finish. Lovely. |
