Depending on your country of residence, shipping can take up to 5 working days. Usually shipment takes between 1 - 5 working days if you order before 12:00.

Our wines do not appreciate warm weather as much as we do. When the temperature is getting above 22°C (in the Netherlands or in the country of destination) we will contact you about delaying your shipment.

Yes you can collect your wines after we have received the payment at our office in Huizen.

We guarantee that all wines we sell are authentic and have been stored in perfect conditions their entire life. 

Due to the nature of the items we work with Total Grand Cru cannot be held accountable for corked or oxidized wines older than 5 years for white and 10 years for red wine.
