Millemann Wines is a very small, high-end wine project focused on expressing exceptional terroirs with a philosophy of precision, restraint, and respect for nature. Founded around Pierre Millemann, an oenologist with a long background in Burgundy, Alsace, Champagne, and other major French wine regions, the domaine combines scientific expertise with a highly artisanal approach.

The philosophy of Millemann Wines is based on careful parcel selection, biodynamic principles, detailed soil and vine analysis, and minimal intervention during vinification. The aim is not to impose a style on the wine, but to reveal the identity of each terroir as clearly as possible. The domaine describes its approach as adding as little as possible to what nature already expresses.

Although the project is connected to Burgundy, the wines are made from some of the region’s most prestigious sites. The portfolio includes exceptional appellations such as Chambertin, Bonnes-Mares, Clos de la Roche, Corton Les Renardes, Corton-Charlemagne, Latricières-Chambertin, Mazis-Chambertin, Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru, Pernand-Vergelesses, and Puligny-Montrachet.

The style of Millemann Wines can be described as very refined, terroir-driven, and age-worthy: wines with purity, structure, elegance, and a strong sense of place rather than obvious oak or extraction. They are aimed at collectors and Burgundy enthusiasts looking for rare bottles that reflect the character of individual vineyards.
