A very reputable seller; the wines were always as described and in excellent condition. Shipping was consistently exceptionally fast and the packaging was secure. I look forward to ordering more fine wines.
By far one of the best seller. Fair prices for the bottles & shipping charges. Easy payment, fast international delivery.
Definitely worth to buy again and again.
I am pleased with the experience of ordering from your company, as well as the quality of communication, delivery, and packaging.
Very fast delivery and very secure packaging! A good and interesting selection of wines, good prices!
Hi! Everything was perfect!!! It was very easy to place an order, without any formalities or requests for unnecessary information. Another huge plus is that you deliver to Luxembourg—not many companies do. I think this is a significant competitive advantage. And delivery via UPS was practically instant. Faster than the wind—as they said in that wonderful movie. Thank you so much! Evgeny.
Hello,
the delivery of the order was changed 3 times. The wines actually arrived after 10 days. I am not sure that they were stored well during transport. If this is your only method of delivery, then I will not order wines from you again.
Best regards
L.Lekov
Dear Mr. Lekov,
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that the delivery of your order took longer than expected and that the estimated delivery date was changed several times. We understand your disappointment.
We checked the tracking information and saw that the shipment experienced several delays within the UPS network, including a sorting error and a delay during transport. Under normal circumstances, delivery to Bulgaria takes around 4 to 6 working days, so this shipment took longer than usual.
In case of any delay, we always encourage our customers to contact us. This allows us to contact UPS directly, follow up on the shipment and do what we can to have the parcel delivered as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you will still enjoy the wines. For potential future orders we can have a look at Express delivery options together to speed up shipping processes.
Kind regards,
Total Grand Cru
