| TASTING NOTES: | Yields in 2021 were as low as 11 hectoliters per hectare due to frost and hail (twice!) and a massive mildew attack, but the vintage was cooler than 2020 and 2019. The 2021 Patchwork Chardonnay comes from different plots and soils (hence the name), from 60% clay and 40% limestone, and has the Tissot precision, tastiness and spiciness and a leesy touch. |

All wines are packed with the utmost care in a firm case, custom made for the shipment of wines. You can pick up your order yourself or have it delivered to an address of your choice. Once the wines have been collected by UPS, you will be provided with an UPS tracking code. Orders placed and paid before 13:00 on a working day, will be sent the same day.
