| TASTING NOTES: | With a pretty orange hue, the 2020 Blanc de Noirs Ambonnay Grand Cru blossoms in the glass with aromas of cherry, pomegranate and orange oil mingled with notes of freshly baked bread. Disgorged in July 2025 with a dosage of three grams per liter, it is full-bodied and expressive, built around a generous core of fruit and ripe yet lively acidity, enlivened by ample structuring dry extract, concluding with a long, perfumed finish. Harvested on August 28, it is an open-knit, demonstrative wine with a strong sense of identity, seamlessly combining richness and plenitude with the requisite energy. |
