| TASTING NOTES: | The 2019 Pavillon Blanc is, as always, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The nose opens with delicate scents of Bosc pears, white peaches and fresh Golden Delicious apples with hints of almonds, lemongrass and chalk dust, plus a waft of jasmine. The light to medium-bodied palate has a crisp backbone supporting the myriad of citrus and stone fruit layers, finishing long and mineral laced. |
