TASTING NOTES:	Expressive and elegant, with a lush, plummy fruit character and plenty of nuance. ‘The challenge was keeping the freshness,’ according to winemaker Jean Lupatelli, but he has made an impressive success, since this is lively, tannic and long. The grapes are from 1.8ha in Les Porlottes at the top of the slope above the village; half of the grapes were fermented as whole clusters, and the wine is ageing in 30% new casks.
