| TASTING NOTES: | Racked three weeks ago. Made using 60% whole bunches, vinified without sulphur though some has been added since, and aged in 30% new wood. Bright and deep in colour, the stems give this much more elegance than the straight Vosne-Romanée, with quite a dark fruit as well. Perfectly judged ripeness, and stems, this is really good, with lovely persistence. |
