TASTING NOTES:	Polished wood, cedar and black cherry jam - sweet on the palate, a very fine and elegant vintage. It's long and silky with a lovely acidity keeping things fresh, alongside a little menthol note that accentuates the freshness, as does the salinity on the finish. Owner and winemaker Daniel Brunier says, ‘Always very fine, very elegant, it was ready two years after the vintage, good after 10 years, good at 20.

All wines are packed with the utmost care in a firm case, custom made for the shipment of wines. You can pick up your order yourself or have it delivered to an address of your choice. Once the wines have been collected by UPS, you will be provided with an UPS tracking code. Orders placed and paid before 13:00 on a working day, will be sent the same day.

About Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a historic and revered wine appellation nestled in the southern Rhône Valley of France, holds a prestigious position among the world's iconic wine regions. Its name, translating to "New Castle of the Pope," pays homage to the period when Pope Clement V established the papal court in Avignon during the 14th century. This terroir-rich region is celebrated for producing powerful and distinctive wines, primarily red blends dominated by Grenache, accompanied by notable white wines.

The grape varieties in Châteauneuf-du-Pape create a symphony of flavors, textures, and aromas. Red wines, the majority, showcase Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and others. White wines, though less common, add diversity to the region, featuring blends of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc, resulting in wines of depth and complexity.
