| TASTING NOTES: | Almost 100% whole bunch vinification for the Echezeaux. A beautiful vivid ruby purple. The nose is deliciously perfumed, a wine very much at ease with itself. Equally gracious on the palate, delivering a silky red fruit with refined tannins, and excellent persistence. Jeremy notes that they only really began to discover the hoped for silkiness in the Echezeaux after conversion to biodynamic farming – which for this vineyard began in 2001. |
