| TASTING NOTES: | This has an expressive array of grapefruit and orange notes, as well as an exuberant palate that’s packed with tart, super fleshy fruit flavor. Really explosive and energetic, Savant sees the sum as being greater then the parts. I have to agree! 40 per cent chardonnay from Ecuiel and 60 per cent pinot noir from Mont Benoit, pressed and fermented together. |
