| TASTING NOTES: | The 2015 Pinot Noir is generously fruity and sweet on the nose, with lots of red berry and cherry aromas intermixed with the crystalline purity of slate. Full-bodied, pure and fresh, this is a generous but refined and elegant Pinot with very fine tannins and great tension. The finish is very intense and aromatic but remains pure, fresh and fine. A great and promising wine that will surely improve with bottle age. Tasted in Fläsch, November 2018. |
