| TASTING NOTES: | The 2017 Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru wafts from the glass with aromas of orange oil, peach and pear, complemented by scents of toasted nuts, freshly baked bread and honeycomb. Full-bodied, multidimensional and textural, it's a broad-shouldered, muscular Bienvenues that's powerful and concentrated, with lively girdling acids and a long, expansive finish. This is another brilliant wine from the Bachelet brothers that will be worth special effort to seek out. |
