TASTING NOTES:	This red shows a supple texture and macerated cherry and strawberry fruit, which initially add up to a lot of pleasure. Yet there is a solid base of tannins too, a promise of this wine's future potential. Comes together on the fresh finish, where an echo of red fruit and emerging mineral elements linger.

About Roagna

Roagna is a venerable winery based in the renowned Barbaresco and Barolo regions of Piemonte, Italy, celebrated for its commitment to crafting traditional, terroir-driven wines of exceptional quality. Founded in the late 19th century by Giovanni Roagna, this family-owned estate has upheld a steadfast dedication to both organic viticulture and traditional winemaking practices across generations.

Roagna's vineyards are strategically located in prime crus throughout Barbaresco and Barolo, including prestigious sites like Paje, Asili, Pira, La Rocca, La Pira, and Vigna Rionda. These vineyard parcels benefit from diverse soils rich in calcareous marl and clay, fostering the development of Nebbiolo grapes renowned for their depth, complexity, and aging potential.

The winemaking philosophy at Roagna revolves around minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the grapes' natural expression to shine through.
