Salon Champagne is a prestigious and exclusive Champagne house located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, known for producing some of the finest Blanc de Blancs Champagne in the world. Founded in the early 20th century by Eugène-Aimé Salon, it is renowned for its singular focus on producing Champagne from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from a single vineyard in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Salon only releases vintage Champagne, meaning it is produced exclusively in years that are deemed exceptional, with only around 40 vintages released in its entire history. Each vintage is aged for at least 10 years on the lees, contributing to its complexity and refined character. The production is extremely limited, with only about 60,000 bottles made per vintage, making it one of the rarest Champagnes in the world.
