| TASTING NOTES: | This delightful sparkler is made from 61% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier. The 2015 Monro Brut starts with a nutty and leesy nose that offers citrus and biscuity notes from five and a half years of extended lees contact. Light to medium-bodied, the mouthfeel is succulent with bright acidity, offering a delicate, frothy mousse before reaching a complex mineral-driven and citrus-laced finish. Well done! |
