| TASTING NOTES: | Creamy citrus and green apple, a touch floral, too, smells quite gentle with just a hint of spice. Becomes a little more smoky with air. The oak is more evident on the palate in spice and roundness of texture but this is dwarfed by the mouth-watering freshness and salty impression in the mouth. Very youthful and needing time to mesh but this has impressive depth of fruit behind all that salty freshness. |
