| TASTING NOTES: | The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Combe Aux Moines has turned out very nicely in bottle, unwinding in the glass with aromas of sweet cherries and blackberries mingled with vine smoke and undergrowth. Medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy, with powdery tannins and a layered, lively profile, it's not dominated by the extremes of the vintage. |
