TASTING NOTES:	A little deeper in ruby colour. A pleasing mid ripeness to the fruit, this Nuits Lavières is beautifully balanced, with a fine mineral crunch following the solid and persistent raspberry fruit. Fine length. Elegant for Nuits, yet with a well defined structure.
