| TASTING NOTES: | The plot is top of the top in positioning .Clear mid yellow colour with a clear-cut bouquet, less opulent than the others, thus works really well for me. Fresher throughout while still clearly ripe, excellent mineral acidity, waves of flavour, harmonious and consistent. Bravo. Little lemon notes throughout keep it fresh. Long classy finish. |
