TASTING NOTES:	Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey's En Remilly comes from three parcels - one in the higher part of the premier cru and two in its heart, closer to Chassagne-Montrachet. As you might expect, this makes it a very complete expression of the well-located site. The southern exposure produces a wine with weight and intensity, but it's still very fresh, with the balance, focus and precision you can count on from the domaine. The best St-Aubin of the vintage.

About Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a highly regarded winemaker in Burgundy, France, known for crafting exceptional white wines, particularly from Chardonnay grapes. He comes from a prestigious winemaking family; his father is Marc Colin and his brother is Jean-Marc Colin. Pierre-Yves gained experience working alongside his father at Domaine Marc Colin before establishing his eponymous domaine in 2005.

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is renowned for his meticulous vineyard management and minimalist winemaking approach, which allows the terroir to express itself fully in the wines. He focuses on small yields and rigorous grape selection, often working with old-vine parcels in prime vineyard sites throughout Burgundy's Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits appellations, notably Saint-Aubin, Meursault and Montrachet.

One of the hallmarks of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey's winemaking style is his use of oak barrels.
