| TASTING NOTES: | Having been given the same treatment as the Syrah, the 2018 Cinsault was 100% whole bunch naturally fermented. The nose of the wine shows clear signs of lifted carbonic notes, showing fresh red cherries with light red candied fruit, soft red florals with hints of spice. On the palate, the wine is light with wild strawberry essence and subtle red potpourri spice. The finish shows a medium-bodied, food-friendly and brilliantly structured wine that has great focus and a pure red fruit liveliness to its seductive lingering conclusion. Cinsault can take on so many different expressions, but I think the winemakers who truly understand Cinsault, have a lighter hand and guide towards a softer approach. 3,300 bottles were filled without the use of enzymes or fining. Donovan Rall is making some of South Africa's most truly remarkable wine. |

All wines are packed with the utmost care in a firm case, custom made for the shipment of wines. You can pick up your order yourself or have it delivered to an address of your choice. Once the wines have been collected by UPS, you will be provided with an UPS tracking code. Orders placed and paid before 13:00 on a working day, will be sent the same day.
