| TASTING NOTES: | Displaying a medium ruby core with a slight magenta rim, the 2019 Cinsault offers a delightful nose of bright and crunchy dark red fruit expressions with wild raspberry, strawberry blossom and juicy elements of pomegranate and rooibos tea. Medium-bodied, the Cinsault is energetic and food-friendly with bright, crisp acidity that gives way to succulent red fruit flavors with elements of rose, red plum and hints of fruit leather. The wine concludes with a lingering, juicy and fresh finish that will age gracefully for the next 5 years. It's both delightful and crushable. |
